Very hard to remove them the first couple of times and I would have appreciated prior warning, they seem to be settling after 3 days, so it is improving. That said I did choose the thicker moulds, so maybe that effects it. The service was prompt which is important after alignments, so minimal movement occurs. I would definitely use this service again
