It was delayed and wasn’t fit for purpose.

Super kind and easy

The process was stressful, trying to get the molds perfected and then sending off and waiting for the final product to arrive. I had to order extra putty to get the moulds right. It felt like forever! And then the product arrived and looked completely different to what i expected. It made my teeth stick out more and still uneven. If i already had straight teeth then i wouldnt have bothered with the product in the first place. I expected this to give me a nicer, straighter looking smile.

I chose Venneir because of the advertised “Express 1 Day Production” and “1 Day Turnaround”. That promise was the deciding factor. I needed the trays 7 clear days before a fixed dental appointment almost 3 weeks later. They arrived 2 days before! too late to be used for their intended purpose. Had I known the true turnaround, I would have ordered elsewhere. The most frustrating part was customer service. I was in contact for a week before the trays arrived asking for help and got nowhere.

Absolutely rubbish. Shit show. Upper retainers done twice still don’t fit and didn’t return my lower retainers . Shit show

Impression kit arrived promptly with easy to follow video instructions. Return of impression also easy via DPD and kept up to date along the way on progress. Prompt delivery of retainer after a couple days. Retainer is comfortable, well made, and fits perfectly. Excellent service all round.
