Very disappointed with BASED. My order took almost a month to arrive instead of around two weeks as advertised, and I had to chase updates myself. When it finally arrived, the package was ripped and damaged. The products were much smaller than expected, not even full, and definitely not worth the price. The lack of communication, poor packaging, and disappointing value mean I won’t be ordering from BASED again.
