Very disappointed with BASED. My order took almost a month to arrive instead of around two weeks as advertised, and I had to chase updates myself. When it finally arrived, the package was ripped and damaged. The products were much smaller than expected, not even full, and definitely not worth the price. The lack of communication, poor packaging, and disappointing value mean I won’t be ordering from BASED again.

It was easy to access the website and purchase. But there was no free shipping even though it said if I spend 200$ there would be. ( or a different amount but it said free?) I also got it very fast but needed more info on where it was as some products I ordered were on back order. So a email telling me this straight away would have been great as I was waiting.
