Horrible. The package was open when I received it. Then I had a severe allergic reaction to the pillow. When I called customer service it was implied that I lied. The representative did not care my options were to accept 7.00 for a refund and keep the pillow or return it I have to provide my own shipping label and pay for the postage. My return was received and no refund. Now I have to call and beg for my refund. Mean and entitled un apologeti customer service representative. A huge hassle.

Haven’t received product and can’t get ahold of anyone in the company to find out why it where it is or to get my money back. It’s been over a month and I’m very angry! They took my money but the phone number is just a voicemail and no calls back and email is undeliverable, I think it’s a scam! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone they to you off.

I ordered 2 king size pillow and was sent 1 queen size pillow. I have tried multiple time to get a hold of felo and to no avail. Will not make any purchases from this company again

Again, no communication from your company to my repeated phone calls and emails regarding the fact that although I paid for the product and shipping "guarantee", I still have not received the product.

Quick delivery

I did already!!! Even your survey, you state that' "its only going to take a FEW minutes". However, seems if one is not satisfied, your system will not allow you to move on unless you write why which it can take up to an additional 20-30 minutes or longer!!

It was good wish they came faster

Our order was hung up in Dallas, but we finally recived them and about a week later we received another set

Good pillows.

Shipping took awhile and so did getting a response from Felo BUT the problem was resolved very quickly after I was able to communicate with the vendor.

YOUR ADVERTISING IS MISLEADING AND DOES NOT MATCH UP WITH THE PRODUCES PERFORMANCE. DISAPPOINTING. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS OK IS THE CLOTH CASES. YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND CLEAN UP YOUR ADVERTISING.
