My order was for over $80, including shipping insurance. Never got my pillows as FedEx did not deliver to my address and Zi have no way of knowing where they delivered and when contacted they told me I had to contact the shipper. I emailed your company and called. I was repeatedly told that FedEx delivered them to my address and I told her I did not receive them. She kept saying yes you did and then hung up on me. Very upset about this whole situation!

Terrible customer service. I never received my order. After charging my credit card on June 4th after (supposedly) generating a FEDEX label, I sent an email on June 10th asking where my pillows were, since FEDEX had no record of the tracking number. I received a response a week later June 17th asking if I wanted to wait on a re-shipment or get a full refund. I chose a full refund. I question whether this is a legitimate business. I will never order from or recommend this company to anyone.
