The components arrived quickly, well packaged, and complete. Everything is obviouslydesigned to last. I have seen wheel locks elsewhere that were easier to operate. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I like the lift a lot. I did use the four locking nuts on the seat mount because I figured that they would be the ones most likely to get lost if they ever came apart. These four nuts are a bit tricky to install too, which is another reason to make sure it is done only once.

Love my stool only bummer was the little vyper logo tag didn't stay in place fell off in the box while shipping it got stuck to the Styrofoam and isn't where its supposed to be

I was very disappointed when I bought the Viper Vandle. Love the chair, but there are no accessories or a bundle price for it. Was offered later through a pre-order purchase, but everything was at full price.

The company in the process during the purchase was very smooth. Everything arrived like it was supposed to.

Website was easy to use. Had to send an inquiry about the 3 seat post choices as the website is not clear at all about the overall height of the seat as they are all different. Please update the website making it obvious what the post choices do the the seat position.

Would like to see the installation instructions a little more consolidated if you buy an add on and label the screw bags differently (not part number in the parts list and bags but then use a random number in the directions). I mean I didn't have any trouble assembling it - but it did mean flipping back and forth and spending extra time figuring out which bag was bolt 12.
