My EZ Lift Max components had multiple chips and scratches on them. Bryan in Sales shipped me new parts.
The Leg braces were not individually wrapped but the 5 parts were all bunched together and then just wrapped on the outside of the bunch. Vibration during shipping scuffed some of the parts. Also, the gas shock came with several scratches in it (looked like these occurred before the shock was packaged.

Like the product so far and have ordered 2 more accessories, adjustable backrest and arm rests. The back rest wit original chair was not comfortable, I'm a big guy, got the bigger seat add ons but with the back not being adjustable felt the adjustable back addition would make chair better fitting for me.

I decided to support this American business and invest in a great work stool. The website was a little tricky when trying to kit out the chair completely—sometimes it is hard to find all the options.
