These guys are the best! My chair went together very easy, directions were fair, but the parts list was the only way to go. Then I lost a bolt, into the "black hole of no return in the garage", we all know about those. I then e-mailed to order a replacement bolt, sice it was my fault that it was lost. Bryan responded so quickly and advised that they would send a replacment bolt ASAP. It was at my house in a few days. Like I said these guys are the BEST!
