Original cover was received damaged, and was replaced in about 1 weeks time - unfortunately there was no instructions included about the cover lifter plates so the 1st attempt to install the 2nd cover had us screwing into the wrong end of the cover, after a chat with your team we spun the cover around and it is working as expected - unfortunately we have a bunch of extra screw holes in the cover now :(
