I liked all the upgrade options like extra long skirt, great colours, high grade materials and the quick confirmation of the order with ETA. Well built cover, excellent material and craftmenship. Vapor barrier in the underside feels and looks like better material then the original cover I had. A couple of vents to let it breath or air out any accumulated moisture.Handles are firm and thick. Customer service followed up with a call to confirm cover and skirt sizes. Thought I was to add a 1" to my measurements but oh well still fits nicely. Definitely would recommend Cover Bros.(Made in Canada )

Your cover replaced a fairly new oem cover purchased through through the manufacturer. Most importantly as I use my hot tub year round. This is the first time I have gone out in the morning and the heater is not running. That alone is worth the price of admission. Thank you for a thoughtful quality cover. T

Happy with the cover, it has assisted in keeping the water at temperature during very cold nights; long term hoping that it saves the inside of the cover from degradation from the off gassing of chemicals. The only negative is that they dont come pre-cut templated for common models such as the Master Spa15D; I am not much at the arts and crafts of cutting to fit and would have paid a premium for a templated pre-cut cover..

Had wifi issues when first ordering, so accidentally left off the skirt customization when putting it through the second time. The guys took the time to call me and check, and then rectify the order prior to shipping. Arrived in the promised time and is a much better fit than our previous custom cover from the States. Much better colour match as well for the tub, and love the dappled finish on the top. Highly recommend compared to the product and service we received for our previous replacement.

Cover took a while to arrive. It was a bit larger than old cover. Vinyl was good quality. I like the light tan color. Stitching was good quality. Cover was easy to install. As it was at least 1.5 inches larger than original cover, I made overhang equal on all 4 sides. No problem installing to my old lift even with the 3/4 inch overhang.

Received the cover when promised. Was a bit disappointed in the shipping. There were two boxes used to cover it but were apart when the cover was received. A couple more rounds of tape could have been used. As far as I know there is no damage to the cover itself.

Hot tub cover came and all appears to be as advertised. One thing I’ve noticed though is that the clips sometimes get caught/stuck under the cover when it closes. Not sure if that can be adjusted or not

Very pleased with the cover! Ordering it was easy to do online, we measured a gazillion times to make sure we got everything right. It replaced a cover that was so heavy and old. It did need to off gas quite a bit. But after a month of use, the smell of new plastic and the materials used is minimal at most. Our kids (12 years old) can move it well, and even in the windiest storm did not budge. Very pleased with our purchase and would definitely order again if we needed to!
