It is impossible to reach customer support. I have been trying to contact someone for months after receiving an empty box instead of the shot glass. Later, i ordered the heavy mug was charged for it, but now my order appears as canceled. I have tried emailing multiple times and cannot get a response. I’ve never purchased from such an unreliable and untrustworthy company. My goal now is to comment and share my experience on every ad, post, and mention I see that relates The Heavy Cup so others don’t get scammed like I did.
