Our order was never received. The company marked it as “delivered” even though the parcel was left outside our home while we were abroad. When we returned, the parcel was gone. Despite sending four emails, TitanCore refused to take responsibility and told us to contact the courier directly. Under UK consumer law, the retailer is responsible for ensuring delivery, not the customer. We are now pursuing a refund through our bank. Very disappointing experience.
