If I hadn’t filed a claim with PayPal for fraud, I don’t know if I would have received any of my order at all! It wasn’t just me either- there were tons of comments like mine on Instagram, where people had ordered before I did and still hadn’t received anything.
In all, the order-to receive time for the physical order was 20 days and for the digital downloads, 26 days.
I reached out to them multiple times without response before filing the claim. Very disappointed overall.
