Very poor customer service.

This company is a scam. I tried to order for when my family was in town for Christmas and it never came.

Zero communication from customer service. No answers on social media. Order was sent over 2 weeks after it was promised to be dispatched and shipping took over a month. I ordered a "5 game bundle" and only received 3 cases. Very disappointing overall, will not be recommending this.

We enjoyed trying to solve it but without having the critical clue made it frustrating

Just took a long time to get to me in Australia. I understand it was a busy time of year however. Instead of Christmas presents I gave them as New Years Eve presents, which went down a treat!

Horrible service and delivery, over 3 weeks to get my order after an anticipated delivery date while paying for delivery protection and additional evidence wrapping which was also a waste and joke. When we were finally able to enjoy the "case" it was a joke at how easy to solve and guess before starting who did it. Oh and thr case only required to figure out two questions to solve the case. Waste of time, money and little enjoyment. I reached out for a return before they even shipped but was SOL

How about actually sending me what I paid for

When someone orders 10, send them 10 (not 5 plus a “free” gift). The package was ordered on December 17 and took over a month to arrive, then included only half of what I ordered. No response at all from customer service from 4 messages about my incomplete order. Very disappointing.

Shipping the package 3 weeks late is unacceptable.

I was really disappointed with the time it took for delivery. Even though it was known it was late they shipped it DHL and it took a week after processing for it to arrive. Any effort to expedite delivery would have made it in time.
