I hate to be this person but the delivery is part of the entire process. I ordered my stuff on 12/7 and they took my money on 12/7 and that was the end of my contact from them. I ordered this as a Christmas present for my wife and it was finally delivered sometime in January. I reached out to the company twice by email asking for an update on my delivery and I got no response. I did continue to get emails about ordering more stuff though. Any response on the status would have been nice.
