I never received the order I placed, not the free mystery gift. I attempted to contact the company multiple times for a status update and refund request, but they never replied. In the end, I had to file a credit card dispute and won.

Missing documents and evidence, whole thing was a waste of time and made no sense, duplicated information in different envelopes??

Again, enjoyed playing but the end was very disappointing

I haven't received what I ordered and when I click I haven't received it yet. When I do the reviews it just lets me set a calendar reminder for a week from now to see if it has showed up or not

Very poor customer service

The mystery is unsolvable with the evidence provided and the ending is very frustrating to discover. The game was more fun when less was known. The ending is impossible to solve due to a lack of critical evidence presented to the players.

You were quick to take my money but there was not a lot of interest in delivering the product as far as I could tell. When it did arrive, it was damaged.

It took longer to arrive than expected which was disappointing.

Do not follow their own shipping protocols (same day). I paid for expedited shipping (3-4 days) and didn't receive the product for over a month. Company refused to respond to emails about the product or being reimbursed; they simply shipped the product over a month late and still did not respond.
