I've tried to email for weeks to cancel my subscription and they ignored it and keep sending me shipments and charging my credit card at least 4 times and until now I haven't even received my order from January 19,2026 and supposedly there's another 2 orders that the charged me for never got response until they shipped another order on February 13, it's so pathetic and I haven't received nothing except on January 06 the one and only shipment I received ,I asked to credit my credit card nothing
