Difficult to cancel. Please cancel all subscriptions.

Terrible service. Two shipments in two weeks. Can’t return the email doesn’t work. Tried canceling and have to email again. Removed my credit card to stop begin scammed!! Awful!!!!

Difficulty canceling subscription

This product does not work at all like it states it does mending, and it does not make the hair softer or smoother

I’d rather NOT be on a subscription… Because I have about 20 tubes… I haven’t used yet…

Took a little longer for shipping and didn’t get a shipping update until I contacted customer service. But their response to my email was very fast and helpful!

Ordering was easily done. I tried to can el my subscription when I experienced the product not working with my hair. The email given to cancel was returned to me as undeliverable.

Took months to get my order. After requesting a refund, they decided to “resend” my order. Only after requesting a refund I received the product

It arrived but product sucked.

Will not cancel my order. I have asked two months in a row for auto shop to be canceled. I keep receiving the product and being billed even though I have received communication confirmation my cancellation.

The address listed is not correct. Which delayed My email to request a refund.

I feel that the offer was misrepresented as buy one get one free when it was actually buy two get two free. When I tried to cancel the order the same evening, within 10 minutes of ordering, I was told that I couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. Really?!? Also, the contact email listed on your site is incorrect, although I did figure out what it should be and I did contact you immediately upon discovering your less-than-honest change to my transaction.

I am enjoying this product and have recommended it to my daughters.

Never signed up for a subscription and it was difficult to contact customer service. I had to contact my bank to stop payments.

Simply & worth it!
