Extremely Disappointing Experience – Missing Items, Ignored Evidence & No Resolution
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I spent $670 on an order and never received one of the jackets. When the package arrived, the box was visibly damaged, and I immediately contacted customer service. I provided clear photos of the damaged box and everything inside, showing the jacket was missing.
