The reason why I gave two stars is due to the lack of customer service. I emailed the company initally because I was having a hard time with the coupon code. Heard nothing. Then I emailed them after I received my order because I was debating returning the shirts for a smaller size. Heard nothing and emailed again after five business days. Still nothing. I expect at least some communication especially after spending $172.

I had fedex mail me huge invoices for purchases I made from 2025 and I was legit confused as to what happened because FedEx took 4+ months to even do the invoice that turned out to be TARIFF related. The customer support team was super patient with my questions and offered me a gift card for the amount I paid in tariffs. They literally didn’t have to do that because that’s my governments fault for even imposing the tariffs but this brand/company went above and beyond!
