It took weeks to hear back from anyone and then was told multiple times my emails were going to the junk folder. Did not offer me the 10% original discount back on the clothes I wanted to return for a different size which would have at least taken a bit of the sting off of the $25 return shipping price and fact I would have to paid for shipping back the replacements. Kept what I originally ordered but can't even wear two pieces as they don't fit. Very disappointing, will not buy anything again.
