Email responses were quite quick only good thing. They did offer a free dress but what was the point . Description of dress was satin , it took over 3 weeks to arrive , all crumpled up and disgusting horrible thick material not satin. I ordered a uk 12 but it was more like a 8/10. It looked lovely on the photo but it was not as described. I didn’t realise it came from China as the adress on website is The Netherlands . I paid £135 and I’m returning it which I will have to pay for and will probably take a month for a refund . Very disappointed as it was for my daughters wedding Horrible quality and material - I will never be fooled again.

Boots look nothing like the image advertised. The quality is completely off. They also sent me 3 sizes too big. Despite all these issues, they refused to pay for the postage and packaging for me to be able to receive a full refund, which goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I've had to issue chargeback through my bank. Their customer service team also very obviously use Chat GPT which is irritating to communicate with. Avoid this company, it's a scam.
