The return process is none existent.. they are not based in the UK. So if anything doesnt fit you cannot return it unless you pay for it to go back to China. They did offer me two more dresses but they too are not great. So I am £80 out of pocket and still in search of an outfit

1. The order sat in China doing absolutely nothing for days before it was even processed. 2. The advertisement says “Cian | Men’s Summer Long Sleeve Linen Shirt with Button Front”. It is 100% Polyester and not linen - False advertisement 3. The label on the collar was cut before the shipment. 4. I followed your size chart exactly, ordered XL, and after ONE wash it shrank to what feels like a Medium. One wash. That’s not normal - that’s garbage quality.

Terrible experience. You sent the wrong shoe size and refused a refund. Yoi then promised to send the correct shoe size and I have not received any notification of these goods being sent. I will be asking my bank.for my money back. I am contacting UK trading standards due to yoir refusal to give me my money bavk. I cannot fault the customer service. They replied quickly. I wanted to return the dress for a full refund. I wasn't told how to do this straight away, instead I was offered a replacement and other goods up to a value of £78. I didn't want to do this, I'd rather a refund and return the dress. I was sent the return address, I didn't realise it was in china. I realise it would cost a bit to return so decided against it, ordered something else instead. It seems wasteful as I didn't need anything.
