I did not know this was a Chinese company I thought it was based in UK. Probably my fault for not reading small print but even so I have had better clothes from Shein and return postage is free with Shein. It's expensive to return items to China so bad customer servise to not pay for returns. Coats were way too small compared to UK sizes this needs to be made clear.
