I sent in pictures. 3 out of 10 "trees" that were purchased had roots and leaves. The rest were sticks. We did plant the sticks, supported them with cages, added the additional mushroom fertilzer that we elected to pay extra for, and tended to them to no avail. We were told that unless we had purchased additional support tubes from them, that they aren't refundable. Buyer beware.

Generally good communication and trees are high quality, only issue in last 6 months ordered trees and they shipped way too early for our area, had to try to pot them for over a month, they leaved out and looked healthy, planted them when it appeared that spring had broke, then had late freezes that may have killed them
