Deliver as promised. I haven’t been to farm where I planted plums for awhile to see how they are doing

I was pleased with the mulberry and chestnut trees, but I put in for a refund for the hazelnut tress, they didn’t come out from dormancy. They where dead!

Shopping was easy and shipping was great just none of the trees budded

Deer plum shows no sign of life since I got it and planted it.. both chestnut trees are growing very good

Tree arrived dead. Denied reimbursement because I didn't use a tree tube — on a potted tree. On my patio. Deer don't shop on patios. Two emails of copy-pasted policy language later, nothing changed. No judgment, no flexibility, no accountability. The warranty is a technicality dressed up as customer service. Buy elsewhere.

Most likely will not be purchasing trees in the future. All my trees were significantly smaller than anticipated. They appear to be true seedlings. Some were said to be 18” to 48” tall. None of them were at the lower limit.

Iv planted over 50 trees this spring and the only ones im having trouble with are the ones I spent a lot of money on from you guys

Gave me a refund for a tree that didn’t grow but the next year the price more than doubled for the same tree. If I prove to you that a tree didn’t grow in spite of doing what I should do to it, then you owe me a tree.

The trees are a lot smaller than I thought they would be but once you plant them it don’t take long for them to leave and grow!

I had great customer service and immediate replacement of 2 trees that didnt sprout. All I had to do was contact them and provide pictures of the 2 that didn’t break buds. All the other trees I purchased are doing great and the replacements are growing too.

Half the trees I ordered are dead no growth will not order trees from them Waste of money and time

Ordering is easy, and the trees were wrapped and protected very well for shipping. Directions for planting were clear and easy to understand.

Emails are unbearable. Do you really have to send several every day?

The few times I have reached out to whitetail Hill the staff has been great to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly and great in answering any questions.
