Took awhile, but I assume you’re a pretty small operation.

The lead time could be advertised so it wasnt such a shock. It could also create a sense of urgency for the buyers. When I emailed about what the hold up was they got back to me within 24hrs and explained the delay was due to not being able to produce them quick enough. Seems like a good problem to have in the sales world. I have already reccomended treadlite broadforks to friends and I will continue to do so. This is an excellent tool and the buying experience was not too bad either.

Great customer service

Customer service was responsive and kind via email. I had checked on the status of my order because it was taking longer than expected. The model I ordered was in production at that time. Customer service reached out with and update and was always quick and kind in responses. Packaging was excellent. Attaching handle to fork was a breeze.

We had a strange order in that we ordered wooden handles that didn't fit the broadfork we ordered. This was purposeful, as we were replacing the wooden handles for a friend. But we loved that Ashley reached out to us just to check in and be sure we knew the wood handles wouldn't work with our model. The fact that you care enough to make sure the customer is getting something that can work for them is stellar customer service - above and beyond!

Very responsive to questions about my order.

Small-town company kind of service throughout the experience. When I mentioned that my mother lived nearby the area where these are manufactured, they offered to arrange a broad fork to be at their location so I could pick it up, instead of having it shipped to my home further away in the state. I can't think of any other case where a company has been that incredibly considerate of just one possible sales opportunity. I will be a Treadlite customer and supporter for life! Thanks so much!!

Perfect transaction!

Took a few weeks to receive my purchase but it was worth the wait. Communication was excellent

Packaged well and easy assembly

everything was great except i wish we’d had a better idea of when our product would ship. we were waiting on it before we could move forward with our outdoor project so having that info would have been helpful.
