I didn't receive the fork as quickly as I thought I would. Took 3 weeks from time of ordering until I received it. So I called to check on my order. I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner of the company and discovered that they had had so many orders that they were behind a bit in getting them all filled and out of their warehouse. He was very pleasant and assured me they would get mine sent out right away. The packaging it came in was excellent, not a scratch on the tool.
