Experience really appreciated

Great!

Good shipping but the lack of a regular return policy for poor fit dissuades me from being a return customer.

Everything was great, except the product. I’ve sent them back so I’m just waiting for my refund.

Still waiting on a refund for the products I returned

Shipping was great. Arrived in short order.

After ordering the first set of tights and realizing they didn’t fit even though I followed the measurements, I had a wonderful experience with customer service. They helped me arrange an exchange and ensured that I was refunded for the extra charge I incurred at the time, as one pair was discounted in the cart. I truly appreciated their assistance. All three pairs in different colors fit perfectly and are likely the most comfortable tights I have ever owned.

The sending, shipment, packaging, and delivery was the best part of the experience. Far far too many marketing emails after, please stop spamming me. The cloth sizing is ridiculous. I know it’s not me, I brought the same size for every other brand. I liked the items just a shame I can’t be bothered to wear them because the amount of effort to put them on is not worth it.

Quick delivery

Original order was too small, returned it for bigger sizes and refunds on the clothes that didn't suit my style. Although the refund came in a month later, I wish it had been processed as soon as the order was delivered

Zero correspondence from anyone regarding a missing pair of leggings from my order which I placed on May 14th. I’ve made two attempts to contact and have had no response whatsoever yet receive emails of new lines added ect which is just not acceptable

My shopping experience was great. My only issue is the leggings are a bit smaller than my actual size as I usually wear size small but for some reason the thrivin small is like an XS. So I was unable to wear the 4 leggings i purchased ☹️

I love all the products and they are my favorite!
