Quick delivery

Original order was too small, returned it for bigger sizes and refunds on the clothes that didn't suit my style. Although the refund came in a month later, I wish it had been processed as soon as the order was delivered

Zero correspondence from anyone regarding a missing pair of leggings from my order which I placed on May 14th. I’ve made two attempts to contact and have had no response whatsoever yet receive emails of new lines added ect which is just not acceptable

My shopping experience was great. My only issue is the leggings are a bit smaller than my actual size as I usually wear size small but for some reason the thrivin small is like an XS. So I was unable to wear the 4 leggings i purchased ☹️

I love all the products and they are my favorite!

I have requested a return twice and no one has contacted me. I would not shop here again due to the lack of customer service you provide and instead bombard me with marketing emails. I want to return two of the items which are sitting in the original packaging waiting to be returned. Please contact me ASAP.

Is it been two months I'm waiting for an order is still on pending in the jumpsuit and black! They said they're out of stock but it's been from the 5th of May! It's unacceptable and also because I sent multiple reclaims by email but no one came back to me

Half of my order was missing. I was told the item I ordered was suddenly out of stock, then kept being told they didn't know when it would restock, for 2 months. Customer services then decided to cancel my order and refunding without giving me a choice, and refused to communicate with me via dm or email because I had questioned the time it was taking to be restocked and how I was left in the dark. I wanted to love this brand but had terrible customer service experience. Will never buy again.

Really bad costumer service, no one answers and delivery wait was too long. Also didn't recive the items i ordered, i didnt get it because it was out of stock AFTER i ordered and payed for it.

My order has been in pre-transit for over a month and when I have tried to contact about cancelling the order I haven’t received any response.

Order number: #263178 I requested to return this order several weeks ago, well within my statutory cancellation period, and my request has been completely ignored. I have since looked at your Trustpilot reviews and can see this appears to be an ongoing issue, with customers being ignored when trying to exercise their right to return items. It’s disappointing that I’ve now been asked to review my purchase when my return request has still not been acknowledged.

Too expensive return

I was supposed to get an extra v neck long sleeve because it was buy 2 and get 3 and never got it! I contacted you and still never got anything.
