I ordered this stationary heater expecting it to arrive in a couple of weeks. Instead, it took several months to arrive, with multiple delays.
When the product finally showed up, it looked like it had already been opened or tampered with. The heater’s casing had a visible gap and didn’t fit together properly. The screen had no protective cover and arrived scratched. But the worst part? After finally installing error E9/F2 appears and doesn’t work at all. I tried to contact without any reply
