AVOID - Terrible Customer Service & Missing Order - BUYER BEWARE
I strongly advise against ordering from ORL. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and costly. Here's what happened:
Placed and paid for an order
Order never arrived
Contacted customer service, who promised to resend the shipment
They completely ghosted me after making this promise
No replacement order was ever sent
Zero response to follow-up attempts
Have to now resort to disputing the charge with my bank
This company appears to take your money and run. Their customer service makes empty promises to pacify customers, then disappears completely. I've wasted time waiting for both the original order and their promised replacement, neither of which ever materialized.
The fact that I had to involve my bank to try to recover my money speaks volumes about their business practices. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. What's most concerning is their pattern of behavior - making promises they never intend to keep and then cutting off all communication.
Bottom Line: Stay away. Not worth the risk of losing your money and time.

I overall like their products just have some dislike for packaging. Love their adult and kids toothpaste the new pump that looks more like a shampoo pump is much easier to keep clean and wipe off compared to the previous one that was more like a makeup pump.
