My first order the top didn't work so I emailed an ORL representative and they were super helpful. They gave me a choice! I could either get a full refund or the same product shipped to me for free! I choose to get a new product shipped and when it arrived it worked. So far the tooth paste is great! My teeth feel clean, it doesn't have a strong taste, and overall I like it! My teeth feel cleaner and less sensitive since I started using this! I can’t tell yet if they are any whiter, but I do like this toothpaste and have noticed certain teeth aren’t as sensitive when I eat cold foods. So I will keep using it to see if my results get even better!

The bristles I love them. I can feel them really cleaning my teeth and taking out any stuck food. My problem with it is, I've barely had it for almost about a month. But the toothbrush is already chipping off... and it's always just scratched the inside of my mouth/checks. So I use another toothbrush for the front of my teeth, that hit my cheeks. I am happy with your product. It helps my dry mouth problem better than other products I’ve tried. My suggestion to you is the mouthwash container arrives dented. The seal prevents leaks , the dent on the container ruins the look if left on the vanity.

Despite the cinnamon element to it, this isn't like having a Big Red in your mouth. It's a modest kick and really, the only thing which you may need to get used to when it comes to the toothpaste is that it is a pump. So, squeezing the last bit isn't really an option here. Also, you may have to pump a bit before you get the amount you want. As for the mouthwash, it's wonderful, there are no issues, and the bottle is so nice I can imagine recycling it and someone using it for a water bottle.
