Doesn't work. APP does not take the photo, it keeps giving the same advice. After 40 minutes on chat messaging with someone from ribbon I got it to send and got results. Nothing I did helped and they didn't do anything on their end. But after 40 minutes results would not be correct. Tried days later same problem. I have a new phone and it works fine for the other company I use for urine test results. So my opinion is Ribbon beed an updated APP that works. What a waste of $$$$.
