Generally, I have not downloaded the app, nor have I submitted and test strips to be analyzed. Did not see/catch the $19.99 monthly fee in the beginning. Please end the subscription or what ever it is, had no idea I was signing up for a monthly fee. Shocked I have done nothing with the kit and I am being charged. Please cancel .
