Offering a 20% refund to keep the item is not the type of service I would expect. Then indicating when posting that the product itself is valued at less than 20€ when I paid over 50€. I’m stuck with the item having paid a lot of money for it. I didn’t even get any of the fee paid back to me despite a late request.
