The product arrived past the original due date, which means I didn't have it on hand for my daughter's birthday.
While waiting, it was obvious that Customer Service had no idea where my package was, except to keep saying it was in transit. Eventhough I had requested for specific location information, their replies were vague at best. The delivery tracking mechanism is useless. It actually tells you nothing. No location. Worse still, it starts off in english and then its all in Chinese. Translating it is also not helpful because the update isn't specific. So you just have to keep waiting.
When the ring finally arrived, I was quite disappointed. Stainless steel should not be very pliable. This ring bent out of shape at the slightest pressure to adjust size.
I won't be buying anything from Bentior ever again.
