Finally got the size I needed after I messed up the measuring process. Customer service was prompt and went above and beyond to ensure I ended up with a great product that fits and I'm happy with. Nice helmet, great customer service. I typically wear a XXL, but apparently have an egg/oval shaped head and went with the 3XL in Crazy Al's sizing if that helps anyone else out.
