Super fast shipping. Helmet fits great, though the straps are quite reminiscent of bicycle helmet straps vs the straps that are commonly found on motorcycle helmets. The color is amazingly glittery. I have been looking for a replacement to my old beanine DOT helmet since my near death bike accident on New Year's eve of 1999. The company that made those helmet is long gone but the Big Al's helmet is even better than my old one. I was thinking of picking up a 3/4 helmet both for colder days & longer trips. The wind can really get ya in my area, near the Boot Heel of MO. Over 55mph it gets cold & loud. But I figured I'd try these first because the price was so reasonable. PERFECTION! Every morning lately it's been around 40° before the sun comes up and my ears are plenty warm, and the wind noise is cut down by about 75%. Couldn't be happier.

I was doubtful that I was going to get a decent made helmet. Irregardless of all the sworn testimonies, I still thought I was going to get beat. Well I was wrong. This is a very well made helmet and as you can tell by my thumb next to the thickness it is very lightweight. The fit is very good on my narrow head. I am 22 and 1/2 in and I ordered the medium. It fits perfect. I will undoubtedly buy more of these for friends as many people are starting to wear at least a skullcap.
