Even though the outcome wasn't what I would have preferred, Kayla Davis did an excellent job with customer service. The problem turned out to be mine. I didn't know the DOT info was going to be on the visor side of the "Reversible" Polo helmet. This put the DOT info on the front of my helmet which looks weird and I'm not wearing it that way. I'll need to either put a Harley sticker over it or spray paint it flat black.
