Shipping is horrible. Uses a bottom of the barrel Shipping company..it's like a 5yr old is handling Tracking. Customer service tried to educate someone who had a career in the shipping industry. Helmets are expensive for a China made piece. That extra money could be put towards using a more reputable shipper. If helmet doesn't fit (if and when it finally shows up)like using their head measuring suggestions, I'm going to become a nightmare Customer
