Pulsetto has become a big part of me and my practice.

Shopping experience nice was awful. First order never arrived. Had to reorder. Process was incredibly frustrating.

Exceptional customer service!

It doesn't fit properly

App won’t load.

I elaborated more in my previous review but the company is scammy and aggressive with sneaky marketing. I ended up feeling like I've just paid $$$ for basically an online snake oil salesman after receiving multiple calls, email, texts and offers to upsell. Absolutely disappointing. Shipping was also lengthy and shipped from overseas which was not clear.

No problem ordering & receiving the device. However, I did not want to purchase the premium app and received a charge of $49.99 for it. I believe that was caused by confusing start up pages, at least to me. However, a Rep. assured me a refund would appear on my next statement.

I had to contact staff for minor hiccups and they were very helpful.

Tedious, inconvenient, not worth the expense for no benefit.

Pulsetto people have been very responsive when I get a person, but I often get AI with their stock answers. Nothing beats a person.

Website navigation and purchase process was painless.

I ordered my Pulsetto on 1/10/26. Due to financial hardship, I returned the device unused and unopened on 2/6/26 for a refund. It is now 3/10/26 and I have yet to receive a credit to my account. You were quick and happy to accept my $340.00 order, but apparently, you are not so quick to honor your money-back guarantee. I'm not a happy camper.

Too easy

I was charged for the premium app before I even received the device, and without agreeing to it. That annoyed me quite a bit and resulted in having to talk to customer service. On the plus side, you reversed those charges promptly and made thing right. Also, shipping was slow at over 3 weeks.

Card Charge process was unclear. Continuously charging my card when the package i paid for said the app was included for 12 months seems like I'm dealing with a dishonest company

I don't like how long it took to get the device.

Easy to purchase. Delayed shipping and longer-than-expected arrival time, but good when it finally was delivered.

Device did nothing for me. Returned it, but Pulsetto's return label didn't have postage paid, so USPS held the package. Spent weeks going back and forth with support. They refused to refund until they receive the device, but the device is stuck at USPS because of their own shipping mistake. Still unresolved. Save your money.

I’ve used it 6 times in my wellness center. People don’t seem like it.
