Only thing I am not crazy about is the fact that I have the app on my phone and on my iPad and they don't seem to talk to each other. Use the same log in but it doesn't keep track of sessions on the other device.

It took an exceptionally long time to receive the device from the time I ordered it. There was an additional $75 charge after paying the initial amount for the product. I still do not know what that $75 charge was for. If it was for using the app, that should have been explained. I would have never bothered to purchase this device if I knew I had to pay so much for the app.

The device is a one trick pony, and not very comfortable to boot. My $25 nursal device I bought off of amazon is WAY more comfortable, adjustable, has a longer charge, and has more features that the pulsetto. It didn't help me at all.

I recommend this for anyone whether just relaxation clear to chronic pain. I was excited that it was easy to use. The directions for setting it up, and using the app was easy. Im not up on technology with apps, but it is not complicated. The pulsetto itself is comfortable around the neck. Wonderful product for healing

Like the pulsetto but have difficulty with the ap. Wifi great here but connectivity on the pulsetto side is sometimes down when I am headed to bed and want to use it prior to sleep. This interferes with maintaining continuity.
