Requested warranty service for 2 of 3 devices, was told I would have to pay pricing difference, which equals return at old price, buy at new price, not warranty of item. Both of these devices are less than 90 days old, no damage visible, but no longer function, 1 fails to run on, 1 doesn’t deliver power to the left side. Instead it only gave me a 3 day trial, because now Im out $60 and no longer have the device. At the time it gave the decision to do the paid subscription, I hadn't yet realized that it was causing me issues. I thought I was just having a few bad days.
