My shopping experience for Pulsetto is very good.

I've not used it long enough yet to see or measure of benefit from it. My least favorite thing is that it is operated through an app and does not actually have an on and off manual setting that I can find. When the app goes down, you cannot use the device,

Didn't improve anything

Need to figure out better shipping.

The product is ok. The worst part is the need to have internet on the app. I can't use it while deployed, flying, or other situations where I do not have internet. Also for the price point, gatekeeping other relief seems heartless.

Overall good experience. I was charged for premium app without knowledge. However, I emailed Pulsetto and they were quick to resolve the issue and give me a refund.

It was an easy purchase, communications were consistent but could have used more specific details; such as, when a trial period would expire and when the Premium app charge would occur if I didn't cancel before the end of the trial. Love the product though!

Easy process, but may not be covered by my company’s FSA.

Not worth the hype

It took months to get this product. I have not found it to work ask claimed.

I had a long wait time for my first order; and when I received it, it did not work. But it was eventually replaced and the second one did function properly but the device did not help me with my sleep issues.

Misleading! Just because it's shocking you, doesn't mean it's doing anything. Not to mention being way overpriced!

Need better customer service

Didn't work and had to pay to ship it back.

Again, how do you send a device to someone else. Took me weeks to uncover what happened then I get my device and it doesn't work. It's not like they are cheap!! And you can't get anyone on the phone to help you.

Waste of money

I wasn't aware that the premium plan was optional when I signed up for it.

I was charged for a premium subscription I never signed up for. The website doesn't make it clear that you can only access a few programs without the premium subscription.

Very easy to find what you are looking for.

Not enough directions, not enough info on where/how to use, don’t feel anything different. Expensive for something that doesn’t work. Plus it took forever to have it shipped and sent to me. I’ll try one more week and if still nothing, I’m going to ask for a full refund.

I was charged for the annual membership without a prior warning email for the charge. The device took weeks to get here. It doesn’t appear to be working. If you pay almost $300 for a device why charge an additional $40 plus for a membership? Which I assume will be annual. I’m sure there won’t be an email that goes out at renewal prior to the charge either.

Customer care is uselesd.

Couldn't get it to stay on the pulse points, did know I would have to subscribe to an app to get it to run.

Chiro recommended it. Remembering to use it regularly helps.

A little confusing with the app renewal and charging my card

You definitely need to be still and in a private place to use it. The gel goes on the neck and you put it on and you have to take it off clean your neck etc. each time. I brought it on one trip but it’s best to be used at home.
