I'm really, really, really sad that my trial of premium service started before I installed the app. That started me out on a bad foot. Otherwise I like it and might even give it 5 stars. It's so offensive to me that they would bill me extra before I had even started service. I think you can buy from elsewhere and might not have this unexpected surprise.

No matter how many times I called about my device I kept getting the same excuse . I never got my device so I cancelled, but the travel case was sent to me . I was told I could return it but I am the one who lost out . I had to pay for something I will never use!

I do like the Pulsetto. I don't know if my sleep is much better but maybe the whole effect is so subtle but actually helping? I still don't know. I am not crazy about the music offered. It seems a little cold and hard.

It is very expensive and it is ridiculous that you have to pay for the app to get all the programs. It does not fit well and I am unhappy. I bought one for home use and one for using at work. I am a therapist and the poor fit and need to apply conductive gel again during the stimulation makes this impractical.

I ordered the pulsetto device before the end of the year 2025. And it took a very long time to get shipped to me. That is my only disappointment with the item.

The instructions are incredibly vague. I've looked for hours to figure out how to wear it, how much lotion to put on, what part of my neck the electrodes or whatever are supposed to be resting on when I use it - and have found nothing.

Delays and lies about when the product was coming. My order was supposed to be shipped "right away," but it took two months to receive a broken unit that would not charge. Had to return it now, waiting for more. Meanwhile, they asked me to review it multiple times because they're more worried about marketing than actually providing a working unit. Again would love to tell you it works if I could actually get it to work

You won't reply to my email requests for a refund and you don't have a customer service phone number

Shopping for this was device was horrible. For a few weeks I was trying to purchase it using my flex spending money, but it never worked. I contacted the company but they were no help. There is no way to talk to a human or place your order with the company. I finally gave up and put it on a credit card.
