I had to buy a new wristband for my watch that came with one that dug into my wrist, but it was 18mm. When I contacted ZOX about needing 18mm they informed me that they made a converter kit for the 18mm which was only $5. Because I was a prior customer I even ended up getting it for free with the purchase of my new band. The comfort was well worth the price. Thanks ZOX!
