Great customer service!

I sent in a request request for two more booties because I thought they shorted my order… And they were not very pleasant about it. I have to buy two more if I want them.- but most of all they were condescending about not knowing that they sold in pears versus fours. It was an unpleasant experience.

Seems comfortable, great idea. They don’t stay on, and really no way a smaller pair is going to fit

Firstly, I was really surprised that not all the color options had photos on the website. Secondly, I did reach out to customer service about getting some sizing help, and I did speak to someone who was responsive and helpful...until I decided to keep the boots, and then I stopped getting replies, even though I wrote back with some concerns about the boots looking way more worn down than expected after just one short walk around a city block. I really wanted to like these products.

No issue, everything seems to be standard sale practices.

Good email communications and updates. Just took longer than expected.

We love that they will stay on. . . . but getting them on is not nearly as simple as the video shows I'm afraid. Took two of us, and honestly it takes so long, we can only use them for long adventures, not for taking our pup out to take a potty break when we're travelling in hot areas. He'd never make it in time if we tried to get these on. We also noticed the way the seams are on the inside vs. the outside could annoy his feet in the future? BUT. . quality material and stays on!

I couldn’t tell how many I was buying. I have two Labs, thought I was buying 4 for each or 8 total (4 XL and 4 XXL). But received two each.
