I do the purchase Pierco does the shipping and the bees make the comb to make new babies. Pierco cannot solve the shipping damage problems. The only way to do that would be to put the shipping box in the a wood or steel box. They cannot control the shipping company putting a half inch hole through a box and through nine frames. Easier just to throw the frames away and not to worry about it.
